Tool for White House intelligence interpretation revealed.
Former CIA director George Tennant today revealed that the Bush administration’s favorite tool for interpreting CIA intelligence reports is a common office supply known as white out or correction fluid.

Tennant issued a statement today indicating that in his opinion, President Bush’s advisors and key aids dependency on the use of correction fluid has long been out of control and likely was responsible for the President’s decision to invade Iraq.
Tennant stated, “While I recognize that most executives and office workers usually have one bottle of correction fluid some where in their office, the Bush administration’s reliance on using this substance to edit classified intelligence reports pertaining to the CIA’s claims that Iraq did not posses weapons of mass destruction, was an abuse of this common office supply.”
In an effort to collaborate Tennant’s claims, Red Tractor USA recently obtained copies of the administration's office supply budgets end expenditures for the their stay in office and have determined that after pencils with erasers, correction fluid was second of all miscellaneous office supply expenses for the administration.
